download Sybase System 11 odbc driver

Hello,

I would like to download Sybase System 11 odbc driver ver.
3.11.00.01. I am having some cursor problems with the older
driver, need this newer version but I can't find anywhere,
where can I find it? Thanks.

Hi

The 3.11 driver has been end of life for a few years now and is no longer
available for download. Currently Sybase offers 12.5.1 ODBC Driver in the
OCS SDK 12.5.1. This is a TDS based driver, that is it does not require
OpenClient for connectivity to the ASE.

If you have a current ASE install(12.5.X) you have this driver on the PC
Client CD Rom. If you do not have this, then I am not sure how you can get
these older drivers.

If you are using the Sybase ASE 11.9.2 (Linux), then you might use the
odbc driver from www.freeTDS.org.

If you are using Sybase ASE 12.5 then you might use the commectial odbc
driver from easysoft. The easysoft odbc driver for Sybase ASE 12.5 does
_not_ work with Sybase ASE 11.9.2.
